Ingredients

Classic All Butter Shortbread: Wheat flour, butter 30% (milk), cornflour, sugar, semolina (wheat).

Double Chocolate Chip Shortbread: Wheat flour, butter 29% (milk), sugar, cornflour, semolina (wheat), rapeseed oil, cocoa powder (min cocoa 24%), dark chocolate chips 3.6% (sugar, cocoa mass 71%, wholemilkpowder, emulsifier soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring).

Rhubarb & Custard Shortbread: Wheat flour, butter 30% (milk), cornflour, sugar, semolina (wheat), natural flavouring, propylene glycol (E1520) colour (Annatto), salt.

Lemon Cookies: self raising flour (wheat flour, raising agents: monocalcium phosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate) butter 28% (milk) caster sugar, egg yolks, lemon rind, lemon extract.

Ginger Thins: wheat flour, golden syrup, butter 18% (milk), demerara sugar, ginger.
