- Please note we use a traditional shortbread recipe. We don't use palm oil or margarine, just lots of fresh butter. This means the biscuit will be short & crumbly - just as shortbread should be!
- Biscuits are presented beautifully in a clear cellophane bag, with a natural raffia hand tied swing tab label
- Packets are approximately 70g each
- Products have a 5 month shelf life
- All our products are artisan hand scooped so there maybe a slight difference in weight
- Store in a cool dry place, once opened store products in an airtight container
- Suitable for vegetarians
- Unsuitable for vegans
