Inspired by the iconic, unmistakeable Black Forest Gateau, this seasonal shortbread pairs rich chocolate with the sweet, fruity flavour of cherry. It's deliciously indulgent that brings back all the flavours of the much-loved dessert, just without the need for a fork!

Product Details

  • Please note we use a traditional shortbread recipe. We don't use palm oil or margarine, just lots of fresh butter. This means the biscuit will be short & crumbly - just as shortbread should be! 
  • Six fingers, presented beautifully in a clear cellophane bag, with a natural raffia hand tied swing tab label
  • Products have a 5 month shelf life
  • All our products are artisan hand scooped so there maybe a slight difference in weight
  • Store in a cool dry place, once opened store in an airtight container
  • Suitable for vegetarians
  • Unsuitable for vegans

Ingredients: wheat flour, (wheat, calcium carbonate, folic acid, iron, niacin, thiamin) butter (milk) caster sugar, semolina (wheat), glace cherries, (glucose fructose syrup,potassium sorbate, sulphur dioxide) cornflour, cocoa powder (min cocoa solids 24%) sour cherry flavour, monopropylene glycol.
