DELIVERY INFORMATION

THE ORDER PROCESS

  • Pop your order in & you'll receive an e-mail confirmation detailing the goodies you've purchased.

  • A follow up e-mail will be sent once we dispatch your order, letting you know it's on its way. We aim to dispatch all orders the next working day.

  • Please allow approximately 1-4 working days from the date of dispatch for your order to arrive, depending on the chosen service.

  • Please double check the delivery address before submitting an order. If you have entered incorrect information, please let us know in the first instance by sending us an email to info@sawleykitchen quoting the order number. We cannot be held responsible for an order that has already been dispatched with incorrect delivery details.

GOOD TO KNOW

  • Please note Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.

  • At present we only offer shipping to addresses within the UK. We don't offer International delivery options.

  • We always endeavor to keep products in stock at all times, but since we're a small artisan bakery we cannot guarantee this. If there is ever a delay with products that require baking fresh, we'll reach out & let you know.

  • Royal Mail, if you are not home when they attempt to deliver, will leave a red "Something For You" card. Take this, plus ID to your local sorting office to collect your parcel the next working day.

  • Royal Mail services could be affected by strike action which is out of our control.

  • Tracking information for the courier service will be supplied in your dispatch email.

  • Orders totalling under 2kg in weight will allow Royal Mail delivery. Anything over this weight will be sent via courier. Trust us, it's cheaper this way!

  • Each order placed can only be delivered to one address. If you wish to deliver to multiple addresses please make separate purchases to cover all postage costs.
