  • What is the shelf life of your products?
    We bake products fresh daily and everything holds a 6 month shelf life, so plenty of time to be enjoyed! We recommend storing in a cool, dry place. Once opened (and in the unlikely event you don't scran it in one sitting) make sure you store in an air tight container.
  • Where are you based?

  • Do you have any vegan friendly products?
    Yes, our savoury crackers are vegan friendly. All of our other products are suitable for vegetarians.
  • Do you have any gluten free products?
    Yes! We have a delicious Gluten Free Shortbread - it's so good you wouldn't taste the difference. All of our meringues are also gluten free too.
  • Do you offer wholesale?
    We do indeed! We're stocked in a wide variety of cafes, deli's, farm shops & hotels & are always looking to work with other amazing businesses. You can find more information here.
  • Do you offer corporate gifting services?
    We do! We work with a number of clients whom we supply our gift ware products to. Whether it's an occasional hamper for a clients birthday, or you want a bigger order to celebrate a company milestone - we can help. Find more information here.
  • How does delivery work?
    Our aim is to make everything as easy for you as possible. We can ship all items to a single address such as a workplace, or we can deliver to individual addresses. In order to capture each person's address correctly, we'll supply a Corporate Order Form for you to fill in & return. Shipping cost will depend on whether the order is being shipped to a single destination, or to multiple addresses. The amount for a single destination will vary depending on the number of products ordered as our courier works on a weight basis. The amount for shipping products individually will be a flat fee of £10 per item. We will provide a shipping amount once we receive the order. Should you wish to have a shipping quote prior to ordering, please pop us an email.
  • Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
    Yes, we do! As a thank you for choosing us for your gifting needs we are pleased to offer: - 7.5% on orders £250+ - 10% on orders £500+ - 12.5% on orders £1000+
  • What is the turnaround time for orders?
    Turnaround time depends on the size of the order. Every item is baked to order to ensure it's as fresh as possible and holds the longest possible shelf life. We aim to get items ready for dispatch within 2 weeks from receipt of payment.

    Your order will be baked fresh with a 6 month shelf life, meaning the recipient will have plenty of time to enjoy their goodies!
  • Can I choose what products go inside the gifts?
    To keep the process as simple as possible, we only offer set flavours inside each gift. But rest assured, there'll be a scrumptious selection of our bestselling products so we're positive they'll love it. As always, if there are any allergies to cater for please let us know and we can advise the best option.
  • Can I add a message?
    Of course! Tell us your special message and we'll handwrite it on the gift tag.
  • Can I customise the wrapping?
    Yes, we can source cellophane or bow ribbons that match your company colour. For an additional fee, we can also create branded gift tags with your company details. Please let us know if this is something you'd like us to look into at the time of ordering.
  • How is payment made?
    Once we have confirmed your order, along with the shipping fee we will provide an invoice with payment details. Once payment is made we'll get to work baking!
